Yesterday, Kim Kardashian was spotted wearing ripped skinny-jeans outside her Los Angeles home. A week ago, Ashley Tisdale was also spotted wearing ripped jeans while on a shopping spree. Who wore it better?

The Overall Ensemble

Kim seemed to be going for a casual feminine look with the light blue jacket, gray/brown scarf, and handbag. Meanwhile, Ashley seemed to be going for an edgier look with the baggy tee, purple streaks, fringed boots, gold clunky watch, aviators, and felt hat.

The Jeans

On the jeans alone, I preferred Kim's look. The feminine white color provided a soft touch to balance out the ripped look. And the jeans themselves were tighter-fitting and more figure-flattering. Ashley's overall ensemble would have been more appealing if she had worn skinny jeans to balance out the baggy tee.

The Details

The most appealing part of Ashley's look was her attention to detail. I loved how the band around the hat matched the color of her handbag. I also loved how the red and gold part of the bag matched the gold watch.

The Verdict

In terms of shape, Kim had a smoother and more polished look, but Ashley's look was more unique and fun. I preferred Ashley's ensemble, but it's a matter of personal taste.
