Gossip Cop report the High School Musical star and the music video director, who split in December - after two years of dating - were spotted walking hand-in-hand on Saturday around Beverly Hills.
The couple were also seen shopping inside theAllSaints Spitfalields boutique.
Following her split with Scott, who worked on a number of her music videos, Ashley was linked toBoys Like Girls frontmanMartin Johnson.
They made their first public appearance as a couple at Sir Elton John's annual Oscars party back in February.
Ashley and Scott - who split after they realised their relationship had ran its course - are now dating again.
At the time of their break-up a source told Us Weekly, They had been on and off for a while. They tried to work it out but realised their relationship ran its course.
